They were very courteous prompt professional, and clearly experts in their field. Al, my salesman, was very knowledgeable and helpful even with financing. he understood the needs of my unusual style home. He asked me where I wanted the condenser. He walked me through the steps and options to be sure i was okay with it. He then scheduled another home visit with his colleague,Eric, who was the technical person for the project. They even asked me where I wanted the ducts, although they had suggestions. The job went very smoothly.
