Dan, our Carjon service engineer, came to the house as scheduled for our annual gas boiler heating system in March for which we pay only a small monthly fee. The service has been performed since Carjon installed the system sometime in 2012. We have had no issues with our system except for a failure of one of twoTaco Zone Valves needing replacement late in 2023 for which there is a separate fee. A discount was also given since we are on a plan. We are very happy with Carjon’s service and plan.
