Customer Service Representative - $18-$23/Hour
A candidate with strong customer service and social skills to promote customer satisfaction. This person will answer phones and convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments. Here’s what we’re looking for:
2+ years' experience in customer service
Proven track record of being a phone expert
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to offer membership-based services
Experience with Podium Chat (texting)
Expert ability to respond to customer requests and resolve issues while promoting CARJON
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & web-based software
Ability to maintain real-time communication with dispatch and your manager
Handle high-volume calls while being polite and concise
Ability to manage daily workload without the need for constant supervision

Experienced HVAC Installer - $26.50-$41.50/Hour
A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and technical experience as an installation technician. Here’s what we’re looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent
Mid-career HVAC experience (3+ years)
Experience with systems of 1-20 Tons
Excellent customer service skills
Great communication skills
PJ2 and/or RJ2
Experience in a variety of system types including, but not limited to:
Gas and Propane systems
Variable speed equipment
Air handlers
Forced air systems
HVAC Service Technician - $18.10-$44.73/Hour
A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and technical experience and being the driving force for our service division. Here’s what we’re looking for:
Journeyman HVAC License (PJ2 and/or RJ2)
HVAC education preferred and a strong mechanical background
Clean & insurable driving record
Must pass drug and background screenings
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
Experience making repair and replace decisions
Advanced customer service skills
Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
Knowledge with American Standard, Trane, Rheem, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Viessmann, Burnham, Honeywell, York, Ruud, Goodman, Carrier, Bryant, Amana, and Lennox
Master Electrician - $90,000-$120,000 Annual Salary
A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and technical experience as a Master Electrician to be the driving force in developing our new Electrical Division. Here’s what we’re looking for:
Wire all types of residential (and some light commercial) HVAC systems-A/C split systems, ductless mini-splits, furnaces, boilers, rooftop package units
Can complete control and low-voltage wiring for HVAC systems, residential electrical panel upgrades, and all general electrical in-home service calls
Can determine the condition of electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine needed repairs
Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects
Evaluate customer requests and provide work order descriptions and price projects
Accompany on electrical inspections when needed
Establish customer trust and rapport to provide the best options regarding the right products and services. Educate and assist customers in choosing the best options.
Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals
Show yourself as a professional and knowledgeable technician to gain new referrals and repeated business
Work alongside the Installation Team to ensure the overall success of the business
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck
Participate actively in all training exercises, meetings, and retreats
Train and mentor journeymen and apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
5+ years of Residential Service experience (light commercial experience preferred, but not required)
RI Master license required (MA Master License preferred, but not required)
Proven track record in electrical techniques including electrical hardware, junction boxes and circuit breaker units, trace lines, and reading wiring diagrams
Clean and insurable driving record and
Ability to pass a background check and drug screenings
Highly organized team player
High integrity, exceptional communication and social skills
